Classes/Events

Sip & Shop Party/Event Packages:

• $100 deposit required for all parties
• 14-day cancellation required for deposit refund(if applicable)
• 20% gratuity added to all bar services including NA drinks
• Additional guests can be updated up to 48 hours in advance in most cases.
• Food may be brought in. Sip & Shop has limited fridge space.
• No outside drinks event NA are allowed inside due to our liquor license
• Event space rental only is $100 to hold the space. $100 applied to all purchases

Sip & Shop provides the following for all events:

• Chairs and Tables (6 foot tables, cocktail tables)
• Black Tablecloths
• Patio space event rental as desired
• Sip & Shop has $16 charcuterie boards available for purchase feeds 2-3
• Catering available, if requested
• Decorated cookies and drop cookies available for purchase with advance noticed
• Cocktails, mcocktails, specialty drinks, sodas, slushies and NA drinks available for purchase. Specialty drinks can be requested

Sip & Shop Space Buyout (private event, closed to the public)

$500 deposit required. Applied to purchases. Four hour time period. Bartenders/staff – 20% gratutity required. 150 maximum persons. Off Peak Private event 2-4 hours. $500 minimum purchase amount. Patio Space Rental Only:

Accommodates up to 25 people. $250 drink minimum. $100 deposit required to hold the space.

*All materials/tools for all parties/classes are provided.

All custom hats/clothing/jewelry are designed by the person in conjunction with Sip & Shop and approved at time of sale. There are no refunds on any custom products or classes.

Kids Mini Wood Crafts Party:

Minimum 6 people
Ages 3 and up
Kids can paint wood animals or wood signs etc. $5-$15 per person depending on size
and design.
Bracelet Making Party:
Ages 6 and up
Make a Clay Bracelet with friends. $7 per person.

Charm Bracelet/Necklace Making Party:

Ages 7 and up
$25 includes up to five charms and a necklace or bracelet
(additional charms are added at price listed)

Hat Bar Party Pricing(includes a free hat)

Every tier will include but for groups of 15 or more, the hostess, will get one free hat.

1 hat + 3 patches + 1 chain or three filler patches (per person)
5-8 people - $280
9-15 people $410
20-30 people $730
(subtract $40 from each tier for youth sized hats)
Non-refundable $50 deposit due at booking

• Each booked party includes a FREE hat w/embellishments valued at up to $40
• Adult parties receive cocktails, mocktails, wine and beer at discount pricing
• Kids parties receive soft drink or strawberry slushie at $1 per kid. Mocktail creations available at an additional cost.
• Add additional guests up to 48 hours in advance (any additional guests at time of party, will pay regular hat/bag pricing)
• Total Party pricing due 24 hours in advance
• Each party can add filler patches and additional items ranging $2-$10

*Belt/Cosmetic Bag Party add $40 each to each pricing tier above.

Custom Beverage Sleeve Party

Fun for a girls night out, couples night, bachelorette parties and more

Slim or Regular drink sleeves available.
Each party includes one sleeve plus four patches/DTF

Denim Jacket/Vest Patch Party

Shoe Ribbons and Charm Party
*Bring your own shoes.
Select a new ribbon and charms to replace your laces to customize your own shoes. Pricing from $8++

Cake Top Jewelry Box Decorating Party

Ages 8 and Up
14 day advanced booking.
$75 non-refundable deposit required
Make an adorable heart shaped jewelry box designed to look like a cake.
Frost your jewelry box and decorate with sprinkles, fruits and other cute items.
Includes: Jewelry Box, Fake Frosting, 4-6 pieces of fruit, sprinkles and glitter. Additional “toppings” may be added.
$25 per person.

Candle Making Party

Minimum 6 people. Price Range: $30-$80 depending on candle size and items.

Glass Painting Private Party

Whitebird Designs Hosts
Minimum 8 people.
Choose a specific theme/design wine,
$25 per glass

Brim Hat Party

Minimum Six People. Parties over 6, will receive a 10% discount.
$128 per person includes brimmed hat
