Shelf life is 6 months. **Chocolate is porous so it is our recommendation that if you sell lotions, candles, incense and other fragrant items, you will want to have your chocolate displayed far away from any fragrant items. This will prevent the fragrance leeching into the chocolates and making them inedible**
