The Sip & Shop Mahjong Social League is all about community, consistent play, meeting new people, and spreading the joy of the game.

It's a SOCIAL league, so fun comes first — but we'll definitely be keeping score! 😉

🀄 HOW IT WORKS

Register individually! You don't need to bring a partner, group, or full table.

We'll create the tables and rotate players each week, giving you the opportunity to play with different people throughout the season and make some new Mahj friends along the way.

Each league night will feature:

🏆 YOUR BEST 5 OF 6 COUNT!

Life happens, and we don't want missing one night to take you out of the running!

Your best 5 weekly scores out of the 6-week season will count toward your final standings.

That means you can miss one week without penalty.

Play all six weeks? Even better! We'll simply drop your lowest weekly score when calculating the final standings.

Current NMJL rules will be followed.

Because this is a scored league with timed rounds, this is not an instructional league. Players should be comfortable playing American Mahjong independently before registering.

You don't have to be the best player in the room — you just need to know the game and be ready to play!
